I started Sunfish Pool Service in the fall of 2025 and run it full time. I've spent more than twenty years in service work of one kind or another, and pools are the version I like best. The job is simple to explain and hard to do consistently: show up every week, keep the water right, and tell the customer the truth about what their equipment needs.
I don't run the routes myself. I hire and train the techs who do, and I spend most of my time building the systems that let a small crew take care of a lot of pools without anything slipping.
